After much frustration and crap, (signing up prospective buyers by an agent who had never been to the property for example) we fired the national chain realtor and signed up with Debbie Loewen with Team Pagosa Realty Group. Professional, intelligent, hard working and great results. In 10 days we had a great contract and she guided us through the process. Closed yesterday and ready for a great Christmas.
